Hepatitis is difficult to detect at an early stage but handling hepatitis at an early stage will greatly help the recovery of patients. With the increase in the number of Hepatitis sufferers besides being caused by an unhealthy lifestyle, it is also caused by the delay in handling when experiencing initial symptoms. So, this study aims to design an Expert System to diagnose hepatitis with a website-based Fuzzy Tsukamoto method so that it can facilitate access to information for people who need information about hepatitis. Website-based system design using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method because it is considered flexible enough and has a tolerance to data that is not appropriate and based on natural language. Expert system as a tool in determining whether the patient is suffering from hepatitis or not with the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. So that village officials need a village administrative information system that can help with making letters, recording letters, making KTPs and KKs, as well as a complete reporting feature to facilitate the performance of these village officials. The making of this correspondence system is intended to make it easier for officers and the public to make letters. In terms of efficiency and effectiveness in this system, namely, with this system the work of officers will be more concise, easy, fast to serve and not cause many queues. Making a web-based correspondence information system in the village of Kota Dalom was made to make it easier for users or the public to make letters of good conduct and certificates of domicile. The use of a web-based correspondence information system in Kota Dalom village is carried out by opening the Dalom City village website and then inputting the user's identity. The process of making correspondence in Kota Dalom Village is currently still using a manual system, which means it is still recorded in a ledger. The spread is very fast. According to the prevention manual, Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) is clarified into 3, patients under surveillance, people under monitoring and people without symptoms. This virus entered Indonesia on March 2, 2020. In order to reduce the spread of the corona virus-19, the government is expected to be able to form a disciplined and best Covid-19 task force team. To determine the best task force team, it must follow the criteria which have been set with the best performance gets a reward or award. In measuring the performance of the Covid-19 task force towards the predetermined criteria, a decision-making system is used by using a comparison of the simple additive weighting method and the weighted product method, which in this method looks for the weighted summation of the performance branches on each alternative on each criterion on all attributes. The criteria for the productivity aspect describe supervision, socialization, and appeals. The criteria for service quality aspects explain the existence of information disclosure in conducting monitoring. The criteria for the quality aspect of human resources explain the direction and training in developing leadership. Responsiveness aspect criteria explain about the quick handling as well as health services and the provision of social assistance. The responsibility criteria explain the work procedures of the COVID-19 task force. The criteria for the accountability aspect explain the reporting of work and financial evaluations. The management aspect criteria describe project development. Criteria for field operation aspects explain the acceleration of handling and the capacity of health workers. Because there are still many decision-making errors in the provision of program assistance, Bagelen Village, Gedong Tatataan District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung is one of the villages designated as beneficiary families whose components include school children, toddlers, pregnant women, the elderly, and those with severe disabilities. This program requires that Very Poor Households (RTSM) can follow the requirements set by the government in the program. The requirements are sending their children to education, as well as carrying out routine visits to health facilities for toddlers and pregnant women. From visits to several families receiving the PKH Program, families who receive this assistance can be said to meet the criteria desired by the Indonesian government. From PKH assistance recipients, valid data or definite data will be obtained and will soon be taken care of by the local village government. It is hoped that the data obtained can be used properly and correctly according to the needs of the families receiving PKH assistance. The author uses the SAW and WP methods to get or select which poor families are entitled to this assistance because the SAW and WP methods can calculate more easily, quickly , and precisely, can be calculated manually as well as computer systems, using these two methods requires criteria for conduct an assessment, and the final result of the SAW and WP methods is to determine whether or not the PKH beneficiary is eligible or not based on the results of the calculations of the two methods.</p>2022-12-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2022 International Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Technology (IJAIRTec)
